This Thermalloy® Tri‐Ply mini sauce pan from Browne is constructed of durable 18/10 stainless steel and also includes a lid. It is 3.5″ in diameter with an overall length of 7.5″. This sauce pan features riveted handles and is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources. This tri‐ply stainless steel cookware features a bottom layer of stainless steel, a mid layer of aluminum and top layer of stainless steel alloy for superior thermal conductivity.
