Browne Foodservice 5724042 Thermalloy® S/S 2 Qt. Saute Pan

This Thermalloy® saute pan from Browne has a capacity of 2 quarts and features durable stainless steel construction. It is 8.5″ in diameter with an aluminum sandwich base. This saute pan is perfect for use in the busiest kitchens and is suitable for use on gas, electric, ceramic, induction and halogen heat sources. For best results, Thermalloy® stainless steel cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
