This 60 quart stock pot is large enough for the busiest times in your restaurant. It can cook large amounts of soup, pastas, or stews to keep up with demand. The aluminum construction ensure even heat distribution for perfect results. For best results, Thermalloy® aluminum cookware should be pre‐seasoned prior to use. Pre‐seasoning Instructions: After cleaning and drying, coat the cookware lightly with vegetable oil or a small amount of shortening. Place on medium heat burner for 10 to 15 minutes until light smoke appears. Turn off heat and allow pan to cool and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel.
