It features the trademark waterproof construction of the AquaTuff™ line, along with Total System Accuracy™ that provides true ±0.9°F readings from -100°F to 500°F. The included DuraNeedle probe features a rugged shaft that works well with both dense meat products and soft foods or liquids, and has a reinforced, metal braided cable that neatly wraps around the instrument for easy storage. You can also replace the probe on this thermocouple without a need to recalibrate, saving you time and effort, and the unit has a 10-minute auto shutoff ability that conserves battery life.
