Cooper-Atkins® 50012-K Type K Angled Surface Probe

This Cooper-Atkins® Thermocouple Probe is a Type K and is designed for use on any flat surface. Its swiveling bell sensor self-orients to the surface, allowing for excellent contact. A dab of oil to aid in heat transfer is recommended. This probe has a temperature range of -40°F to 500°F.
