This Cooper-Atkins® Thermocouple Probe is a Type K and is ideal for monitoring fryer or cooking vat temperatures. It has a temperature range of -40°F to 400°F, and a response time of 8 seconds in liquid. This probe features a depth stop for measuring by placing the probe through a fryer basket that is not in use above the oil.
