These racks are specifically designed to hold poly food boxes. It holds 18″ x 13″ or 18″ x 26″ poly boxes from manufactures such as Cambro, Carlisle, Continental, or Rubbermaid. The channel allows storing the boxes with or without the lids. These racks will not hold 18″ x 26″ bun pans.
